- No racket shall be removed from the shop without being paid for in full.
- Where possible the selected string will be installed unless that sting is unavailable for any reason. If the chosen string is not available we reserve the right to install a similar string.
- We will restring at the tension selected by the customer. If no tension is stated the racket will be restrung at the midpoint of the manufacturers recommended range.
- No additional work other than that agreed when leaving the racket will be entered into until the racket owners consent has been obtained even if this means delay to a completion date.
- String breakage after restring. Tennis rackets - if the string breaks within 7 days of the restring we will restring the racket free of charge. After this time any rework will be at our discretion. Squash and badminton - rework will be at our discretion.
- Frame breakage. We inspect every racket for damage before restringing is undertaken. However there may be damage which remains unseen. We cannot accept any responsibility for frames broken during or after the restring.
- Any accessories, dampers, bags or cases left with the racket will be at the owners risk and we cannot guarantee their return.
- We will try our best to complete rackets at the time and date requested, however, we will not be liable for any loss, damage or any other claim for any delay in completing the work.
- If the customer requests that the racket is to be left outside the shop for collection it must be paid for in full and we take no responsibility for the safekeeping of the racket after it has been left at the desired collection point.
- We can advise customers on string and tension based on our experience and training but take no responsibility for any injury or damage sustained.
- Any racket left with us for more than 3 calendar months and not collected may be sold to recover our costs. Any money left over from the sale will be retained for return to the customer, no interest or other compensation will be offered.
- Liability for goods in transit will remain with the customer.
