String-Shop is now part of Racket Shack - a physical retail shop at the centre of tennis in Shropshire. We are located on the upstairs balcony at Welti Health & Fitness, Sundorne Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 4RG.

We still offer a postal service and we are open some days and most evenings if you want to drop in and browse our stock.

String-shop is proud to be a member of the European Racket Stringers Association and your racket will be serviced by a Master Racket Technician. Here at String-Shop we concentrate on servicing your rackets to the high standard you deserve and expect.

We stock an ever expanding range of string for your racket but we are able to source nearly any string within 1 - 2 days. If you have your own string we are also more than happy to use that.

Servicing facilities include grip enlargement, custom grip moulding and racket balancing. We can customise your racket in many other ways too so if you have anything particular in mind please get in touch. Our stock also includes grips, overgrips and vibration dampers. As a dedicated racket service centre we also have a wide selection of grommets, full replacement grommet sets, bumper strips, butt caps and more to hand.
